How we collect, store and protect the details you share with AtelierGo.
What we collect
When you register for launch access we collect your full name, company or agency name and work email address. When you place an order we also collect delivery details, recipient information and the billing details required to fulfil it.
How we use it
We use your details to send private preview updates and trade invitations, to fulfil and deliver your orders, and to provide support. We never sell your information, and we do not share it beyond the couriers and payment partners needed to complete an order.
Consent and opting out
Registering for launch access means you agree to receive private preview updates and trade invitations from AtelierGo. You may opt out at any time using the unsubscribe link in any message, or by writing to us directly.
Your rights
In line with POPIA and GDPR you may request access to the information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. We will action verified requests within a reasonable period.
Storage and security
Your information is stored on secured, access-controlled infrastructure and is retained only for as long as it is needed for the purposes described above.
